This project is BOSS 2026 Autumn/Winter themed suit exhibition “Tailoring · Chengdu”, running from October 15 to 25, 2026 at Luxe Lakes CPI W11, Chengdu. Based on project information, the exhibition occupies a standalone waterside cultural building within Luxe Lakes CPI. The two-storey original structure of W11 is reconstructed for exhibition. Its spatial form draws inspiration from German Bauhaus geometry. Rational, crisp display structures create dialogue with the laid-back natural atmosphere of Luxe Lakes. Production balances safety standards, material texture and rapid assembly for this temporary show. Suit pattern archives and Shu brocade intangible heritage installations are arranged along visitor circulation. Historically, luxury fashion brands are shifting from static retail display to local immersive cultural events. Powered by “The Tailoring Club” IP, BOSS transforms tailoring craft from ready-to-wear products into experiential cultural narrative, merging precise German tailoring with Chengdu’s casual urban temperament. The project breaks stereotypes of formal wear and realizes cross-cultural dialogue between international fashion aesthetics and native Shu brocade heritage.

The event period forms the core link between on-site content and brand marketing. The whole space serves as shareable visual media. The ground floor features residential-style ready-to-wear display and exclusive BOSS Tea House; the upper floor archives suit craftsmanship. Local salons, music and cycling activities, plus celebrity guests at opening enrich onsite content. Visitors generate photos and reviews, forming organic social media content. Physical space enables offline high-end experience while online KOL coverage expands exposure. Distinct geometric displays and waterside facade visuals stimulate sharing, connecting on-site experience with digital promotion. The exhibition brings tailoring philosophy beyond retail stores, embedding BOSS within Chengdu cultural context and strengthening bonds with local fashion communities, delivering a practical reference for luxury pop-up exhibitions.
