轩尼诗 “重新发现中国味”系列首站亮相于上海,热掀全城「食」验风潮。| “Hennessy & Meals” is back with another unique culinary journey to revive Hennessy’s deep heritage in China and celebrate the virtuous relationship between the Hennessy cognac and the Chinese cuisine.

这次,轩尼诗联袂江南四大名厨,掀起一场「食」验风潮,特邀宾客们共赴盛筵,一道重新见证轩尼诗干邑与江浙味道所产出的奇妙反应。本次点「食」成金之旅于 2018年5月21至22日在上海举办。

Hennessy, in collaboration with 4 celebrated Chinese chefs from the Jiangnan region, hosted a unique gastronomical experience that, this time, took place in Shanghai on 21st-22nd May.


本次盛筵场地选在了富有历史文化气息的上生新所举行,以一场精美绝伦的灯光秀开场,观赏结束后,宾客们在指引下来到泳池中央的酒吧品尝轩尼诗精心调制的鸡尾酒,聆听现场演唱的上海老歌。

After being welcomed by a grand light show at the distinctive 20th-century venue, the guests reached the Central Bar where they could enjoy Hennessy cocktails over the pool while listening to Shanghainese live music.




穿过如梦如幻的神秘走廊步入到主会场,白色的长桌以圆形舞台为中心向四周依次排开,一场震撼的美食盛筵即将开启。

A ‘secret passage’ led the way to the beautiful dining hall featuring long tables radiating from a circular platform where the live-cooking show later occurred.



四位江南名厨,在现场向宾客们阐述并演绎他们为轩尼诗开发的十一道菜品的创意及灵感,携邀宾客们一道品味「食」验菜单上精致菜肴,感受 轩尼诗V.S.O.P 、轩尼诗X.O以及轩尼诗百乐廷与中国味在味蕾间碰撞出的全新火花。

The 4 chefs cooked ‘live’ and exclusively created a set menu of 11 sophisticated dishes inspired by 4 different provinces’ cuisines – Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guihua, Ningbo – paired with the perfect-matching Hennessy V.S.O.P, X.O, and Paradis.

盛筵最终以摩登爵士舞的表演形式完美落幕,但“重新发现中国味”系列的脚步并未因此停下,以『食』验室为主题的 POP-UP STORE 将会于 2018年5月25至27日 在上海 K11举办,面向广大顾客。

A dance performance ended the evening, but the culinary journey continues with the Hennessy & Meals pop-up store that will be open to the public from 25th to 27th May at Shanghai K11.

玩味「食」验室,限时 3 天,将提供一系列新奇有趣的互动体验,其中包括「闻香识酒」研究所,「就酱好味」反应室,「美食金律」方程式以及美酒美食的试吃等七大区域,为顾客带来重重惊喜。不要错过!

All the food & drink enthusiasts will have the opportunity to discover the best combinations of cognac paired with Chinese gastronomy through a series of interactivities and tasting experiences.
