2022上半年,Uniplan优尼项目团队成功助力小米参与了在西班牙巴塞罗那举办的 2022 MWC 世界移动通信大会,以及为小米制作发布了12系列产品的海外线上发布会。

In the first half of 2022, Uniplan project team successfully helped Xiaomi to participate in the 2022 MWC in Barcelona, Spain, as well as produced and released the overseas online launch of 12 series of products for Xiaomi.

优尼连续三年携手小米进行了出海项目的合作,在合作期间,优尼项目团队突破疫情带来的重重考验,助力小米顺利出海,也呈现出无论在何种挑战下,优尼团队都能同样出色地为客户交付出满意的成果。

Uniplan has worked with Xiaomi for three consecutive years on overseas projects. During the cooperation period, Uniplan project team broke through the many tests brought by the epidemic and helped Xiaomi to go overseas smoothly, which also shows that Uniplan team can deliver satisfactory results for customers no matter what challenges we face.

在本次2022 MWC上,优尼为小米打造了既凸显其前沿科技感,又吸睛的品牌展位:一个占地700平方米,有4*5(5500mmw x 5000mmh)米高的巨型LED立方体展台,整个展位被醒目的小米品牌色橙色的亚克力所包裹,在强调简约的同时,赋予了品牌展位富有年轻活力的未来感。

At MWC 2022, Uniplan created a brand booth for Xiaomi that both highlights its cutting-edge technology and is eye-catching: a giant LED cube booth covering 700 square meters with a height of 4*5 (5,500mmw x 5,000mmh) meters, the whole booth is wrapped in the eye-catching Xiaomi brand color orange acrylic, emphasizing simplicity while giving the brand booth a youthful and vibrant futuristic feel.



为了更好地为客户和参观者创造不一样的现场发布体验,团队设计并呈现了四周环绕LED屏幕的“橙色立方体”,矗立在展会中间,成为此次展会的“点睛之笔”。

To better create a ‘Launch Movement’ for our client and all of the visitors, Uniplan designs the ‘Orange Cube’ with LED screen all around, setting as the central masterpiece.

在展会首日,小米在现场发布了其 POCO 品牌系列,发布前,橙色立方体上的LED屏幕便开始配合“倒计时”,产品的标语则围绕屏幕“跑来跑去”,更直观生动地向参观者传递产品信息。除此之外,在橙色立方体内,优尼还为小米设计了一个小米未来主义实验室,以展示小米的创新技术产品,和今年的明星产品CyberDog。

On the first day of MWC, Xiaomi launched two mid-range phones from its POCO series. And exactly just 5 seconds before the POCO launch, the LED screen begins to ‘Count Down’, with the slogan ‘running around’. The product information is conveyed more visually and vividly to visitors. In addition, inside the orange cube, Uniplan also designed a Xiaomi futuristic lab for Xiaomi to showcase Xiaomi's innovative technology products, and this year's star product, CyberDog.

小米旗舰版12系列的海外线上发布会采取以“在北京线下预录,全球同步直播”的形式,使得全球观众都能在线上进行观看。同时,考虑到针对不同的海外市场,团队为发布会制作配以不同版本的字幕,以此更好精准直击市场需求。

The brand-new Xiaomi flagship phone 12 series launch is pre-recorded offline in Beijing, to be livestreamed globally with viewers from all over the world, and from all walks of life. Our team have produced more than one version with different subtitles to be aiming different overseas markets.


此次发布会不但在小米全世界范围内的自有平台直播得到了媒体积极参与,很多国外零售商和电商(如Unieuro、Euronics)和欧洲主流运营商(如沃达丰、Orange、Tim、Wind3)等也转发支持。

The online launch was not only livestreamed via Xiaomi’s own global platform, meanwhile, as it is live broadcasted all over the world by foreign medias, retailers and e-commerce companies (such as Unieuro、Euronics), major operators in Europe ((such as Vodafon,, Orange、Tim、Wind3), with them showing their full support to Xiaomi.

对于负责海外出海项目,无论是从适应能力、细致负责程度以及专业能力上而言,对团队都有着极高的要求,而优尼此次的精兵成员均有在海外生活的丰富经历,因此遇到再棘手的情况也能够顺利处理和解决。

For those who are responsible for overseas projects, it is very demanding for the team in terms of adaptability, meticulous responsibility and professional ability. However, the most unexpected challenge may be the return journey of the team.

不过,今年最意想不到的挑战可能就是团队的归途了。在完成项目之后,因全球局势及各国的防疫政策下,又恰逢国内疫情,团队滞留海外超三个月之久,回国的归程极其艰辛。

After completing the project, the team was stranded overseas for more than three months for various reasons due to the global conditions and the prevention policies of various countries, their return journey to China was extremely difficult.

“小米MWC可能是业内展品数量最多且前期布展复杂程度最高的项目, 对于媒体传播内容的数量和实效性要求也非常高,现场的工作密度和强度也远超预期。对于较为精简的团队来说,是非常大的挑战,但最终全部按时交付并得到客户高度认可,这是我入行以来所经历过最优秀的团队。”项目负责人说道。

"Xiaomi MWC is probably the project with the largest number of exhibits in the industry and the highest complexity of the pre-exhibition, the number and effectiveness of the media communication content is also very demanding, the density and intensity of the work on site is way beyond expectation, for a team of only 3 people, it is a great challenge, but in the end, all of the projects were delivered on time and highly recognized by the client. "This is the best team I have ever experienced since I started my career." The project manager said.
