Assistant Show Manager
1. Support the Show Manager run the event content (MCs, performances, screens content, music, lighting effects, etc.) according to the event rundown agreed-on with the client.

2. Support the Show Manager develop & manage talents’ resources (MCs, dancers, musicians, acrobats, models…): search and interviews for new talents, booking, on-site management during the event, post-event management (payment, etc.).

3. Support the Show Manager with the outfits design, production and maintenance.

4. Support the Show Manager maximize client satisfaction by achieving projects goals within agreed-upon schedule.

5. Support the Show Manager deliver projects within the agreed-upon budget aiming at maximising gross margin.

6. Support the Show Manager book celebrities.

7. Support the Show Manager develop new performances from the creative, the talent sourcing, the performance development (rehearsal, etc…), then its commercial development (promotion, etc…).


Qualifications & Abilities

1. Chinese national with bachelor degree required.
2. At least one-year working experience, preferably at an international company (fine if not related to event planning).
3. Fluent English and Chinese required (spoken and written).
4. Some artistic background (dance, music…) is required.
5. Interest for fashion design is required.
6. Results-driven, determined & a great work ethic.
7. Ability to work in team.
8. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
9. Can be tough against adversity.
10. Great with details.
11. Honest.
12. Passionate for event management.
