1. Support the Project Managers maximizing customer satisfaction by achieving projects goals within the agreed-upon schedule.
2. Support the Project Managers delivering projects within the agreed-upon budget aiming at maximising gross margin.
3. Support the Project Managers in developing the suppliers’ panel.


Qualifications & Abilities

1. Chinese national with bachelor degree required.
2. At least one-year working experience, preferably at an international company (fine if not related to event planning).
3. Fluent English and Chinese required (spoken and written).
4. Results-driven, determined & a great work ethic.
5. Ability to work in team.
6. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
7. Can be tough against adversity.
8. Great with details.
9. Honest.
10. Passionate for event management.
