Support the Event Planners to convert pitches into actual sales, by working closely with the creative and production team to build presentations and present budgets.

Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to reflect design concepts for events.


Qualifications & Abilities

1. Local Chinese with a bachelor degree
2. International experience preferred
3. Fluent English and Chinese required (spoken and written)
4. At least one-year working experience at an international event/PR/Adv. agency or a hospitality group is required
5. Candidates must be passionate about events and creating unique experiences for guests.
6. Candidates must have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (proficiency in design software is a plus), written-English ability and attention to detail
7. A strong interest in branding, lifestyle, luxury and new trends is required
8. Responsible, with an ability to work in a team and individually
