三里屯太古里

场地介绍

三里屯太古里位于北京市朝阳区三里屯路 19 号，是太古地产在中国内地的第一个综合商业项目，2008 年 7 月以「三里屯 VILLAGE」之名开放，2013 年 4 月更名为三里屯太古里。

项目是低密度、开放式街区，十九座低层建筑分为南区与北区：南区偏潮流与大众品牌，北区聚奢侈品牌与旗舰店，连廊与下沉广场把街区串成一体。

这里聚集超过 200 家零售店铺与近 70 家餐饮，是北京首店与快闪最密集的场地之一。Apple 三里屯店是中国大陆第一家 Apple Store（2008 年开业，2020 年迁入新店）。街区中庭、北区广场与南区入口，是品牌做快闪与装置最常用的三个点位。

Taikoo Li Sanlitun at 19 Sanlitun Road, Chaoyang District, is Swire Properties' first integrated commercial project in mainland China. It opened in July 2008 as Sanlitun Village and was renamed Taikoo Li Sanlitun in April 2013.

The scheme is a low-rise, open-air district of nineteen buildings split into a South and North zone: the South leans towards streetwear and mass brands, the North hosts luxury houses and flagships, linked by walkways and sunken plazas.

It brings together more than 200 shops and nearly 70 restaurants, and is one of Beijing's densest venues for first stores and pop-ups. The Apple Sanlitun store was the first Apple Store in mainland China (opened 2008, relocated in 2020). The central plaza, the North zone square and the South entrance are the three most-used spots for brand pop-ups and installations.
