Hangzhou Hubin Intime in77 at 245 Yan'an Road, Shangcheng District, sits beside West Lake and is Intime's flagship complex, with nearly 300,000 sq m of floor area. The name comes from the street number of Block A at 7 Dongpo Road.
The project comprises five blocks — A, B, C, D and E — linked by sky bridges and underground passages; Block A faces West Lake, while Blocks D and E opened in December 2017 and December 2018.
Its architecture keeps Jiangnan arcades and grey-brick details, with international flagships along the street, in one of Hangzhou's busiest retail areas. The lakeside pedestrian street, the Block A forecourt and the internal atria are the main stages for pop-ups, roadshows and visual merchandising.
