The annual China International Import Expo (CIIE) successfully held its third edition in Shanghai, featuring over 100 countries and bringing together more than 150,000 purchasers.

The expo promotes global trade and economic globalisation, and Riviera Events was proud to return to CIIE again this year, supporting the Food is GREAT UK Pavilion.

The Food is GREAT exhibition booth showcased more than 100 British food and beverage brands and products, and our Shanghai team proudly delivered the creative concept, design, and the construction of the impressive exhibition space.

With a focus on building an interactive experience for the buyers, our team made sure that the booth highlighted each brand’s unique identity while maintaining the visual cohesiveness of the entire pavilion.

Over the course of five days, the CIIE exposure resulted in deals worth over £430 million being signed between the UK and Chinese companies.

We were delighted to work with Food is GREAT again and congratulate the organisation in their successful push for greater awareness and sales of UK food and beverage brands and products in China.
