成都太古里
场地介绍
成都太古里位于成都市锦江区中纱帽街 8 号，紧邻千年古刹大慈寺，2015 年开业，是太古地产在内地打造的开放式、低密度街区型购物中心，总楼面面积约 27 万平方米（含博舍酒店）。项目以川西传统建筑为底，保留六栋历史院落，与三十余座新建低层建筑共同组成「快里」「慢里」两条动线：快里聚国际时尚零售，慢里环绕大慈寺，以餐饮与生活方式为主。
项目原名「成都远洋太古里」，由香港太古地产与远洋集团各持 50% 权益共同开发。2022 年 12 月，太古地产宣布收购远洋集团所持权益；交易于 2023 年 2 月完成，项目自此由太古地产全资持有。2023 年 8 月 23 日，项目正式更名为「成都太古里」，原名停止使用。
年均接待逾 3,000 万访客，是成都最具代表性的城市地标之一。场内汇聚 Hermès、Louis Vuitton、Cartier 等奢侈品牌与大量首店，Apple 成都太古里店于 2015 年 11 月开业，是苹果在成都的第二家零售店。广东会馆是中国首家路易威登餐厅 THE HALL 的所在地，也是品牌长期做展览与私享活动的场地；漫广场则是场内最主要的公共艺术与快闪发生地，四季主题装置与品牌限时店常年在此轮换。
Taikoo Li Chengdu is an open, low-density, block-style retail development at 8 Zhongshamao Street, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, next to the thousand-year-old Daci Temple. Opened in 2015 and developed by Swire Properties, it covers about 270,000 sq m of gross floor area including The Temple House hotel. Six preserved heritage courtyards sit among more than thirty new low-rise buildings, organised into two routes: the "Fast Lane" for international fashion retail, and the "Slow Lane" wrapped around Daci Temple for dining and lifestyle.
The project was originally named Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu, a 50/50 joint venture between Swire Properties of Hong Kong and Sino-Ocean Group. In December 2022 Swire agreed to acquire Sino-Ocean's interest; the deal completed in February 2023, giving Swire full ownership. On 23 August 2023 the project was officially renamed Taikoo Li Chengdu.
It receives more than 30 million visitors a year and is one of Chengdu's defining urban landmarks. Tenants include Hermès, Louis Vuitton and Cartier alongside a large number of first-in-city stores; the Apple Store Taikoo Li Chengdu opened in November 2015 as Apple's second retail store in the city. The Guangdong Guild Hall houses THE HALL, Louis Vuitton's first restaurant in China, and is regularly used for brand exhibitions and private events. Man Plaza is the main stage for public art and pop-ups, hosting rotating seasonal installations and brand takeovers throughout the year.
