张园

场地介绍

张园位于上海市静安区威海路 590 弄，是上海现存规模最大、保存最完整的石库门建筑群，历史可追溯到 1882 年，曾被称为「海上第一名园」。

张园由上海静安置业集团投资建设，太古地产与静安置业共同投资运营。西区于 2022 年焕新揭幕，东区首开区于 2026 年 6 月 30 日开放，与兴业太古汇、上海华润中心通过长廊连成南京西路商圈的新动线。

修缮后的张园保留石库门里弄的尺度与肌理，成为奢侈品牌做展览、限时店与私享活动的首选场地之一——品牌看中的是「历史建筑 + 市中心」的双重稀缺性。

Zhangyuan at Lane 590 Weihai Road, Jing'an District, is Shanghai's largest and best-preserved shikumen (stone-gate lane) compound, with a history dating back to 1882 and once known as the city's «first garden».

Invested in by Shanghai Jing'an Property Group and jointly operated with Swire Properties, the west zone reopened in 2022 and the first phase of the east zone opened on 30 June 2026, linked by a covered walkway to HKRI Taikoo Hui and China Resources Centre.

The restored lanes keep the scale and texture of shikumen architecture, making Zhangyuan a preferred venue for luxury exhibitions, limited-time stores and private events — brands come for the rare combination of heritage fabric and a city-centre location.
